Returns Policy
My Store does not provide a refund once the goods have been opened. We cannot help if customs in your country open the package or if they delay the shipment of the goods. We ask that you be patient as on small occasions this can happen. Should you not receive your goods kindly email me and we are happy to resolve. I do not refund shipping costs. I must received the goods before we can make any refund or changes
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom items.
Shipping
I ship orders out Monday to Sunday. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours The products will be coming from USA, the shipment FROM USA will take LONGER days, it's all depends on your customs clearance.
I do not usually keep many stocks.. If there's an orders only then shall I make a purchase to the manufacturer, direct from USA. Especially for bulk orders..I also notify you via email when your order status has shipped and provide tracking numbers.
Order Status: If the item has not arrived in the time that I have given, please check the status of your package at your local post office using the tracking number or call usps to arrange redelivery of your package. For wholesale/bulk orders, there might be some delay due to customs clearance. I will continue to monitor your orders until it reaches you.
